Horowitz Television Technology provides television equipment and systems consulting services to television broadcast equipment end users such as cable networks, broadcast networks, stations, and post production houses. HTT (an unofficial abbreviation) also has other clients including research organizations, equipment manufacturing companies and law firms. HTT is a small company; there are two principals and no other employees. David Horowitz is the television systems consultant.
